  • I cannot say enough about this organization, it has been a lifesaver for Rafaella and I.  It is a center for grieving children focused on the fact that children grieve much differently than adults.  They are located in Portland, OR, but provide support all over the world.

  • If you feel like you are in crisis, please call a friend, family member or the Lifeline at  1-800-273-TALK (8255), where you will be connected with a trained counselor at a crisis center in your area who can help.

International Bipolar Foundation:  http://ibpf.org/

  • An amazing organization educating people on bipolar disorder, a place to learn as well as links to support.

NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness):  http://www.nami.org/About-NAMI

  • They educate, advocate and lead in decreasing the stigma around mental illness, supporting people and families (via education, classes, seminars) with and are dedicated on helping build better lives for the millions of people living with mental illness

AFSP (American Federation for Suicide Prevention): https://afsp.org/

  • AFSP raises awareness, funds scientific research and provides resources and aid to those affected by suicide. An amazing organization with the goal of reducing suicide rates in the US 20% by 2025!
